Review your architecture - based on systems I have already shipped
You send what you have: the repo, the demo, the Android app, the AI loop. I review it against work I have already put in production - agents, web SaaS, and native Kotlin - and tell you what to keep, kill, or build next.
Consulting is based on what you already have
This is not a blank-page strategy workshop. You already have something: an agent that almost works, a Next.js app that cannot bill, an Android app that drops notifications. I review that, because I have already built the working version of those shapes.
AI architecture - ReconX (agent picks a tool, runs it, explains the finding) and Klean Data (chat with a database, show the plan, run only after you approve). Web architecture - live Next.js products (admin and ecommerce dashboards, WeGems). Android architecture - LMS Reminder in Kotlin, native notifications and a stats dashboard.
If the review says the gap is a build, we move to AI Engineering, Full-Stack, or App Development. Same person. No hand-off theatre.
What you get
- A written architecture review of YOUR stack - not a generic checklist
- AI: agents, RAG, tool-calling, evals - same patterns as ReconX and Klean Data
- Web / software: Next.js, APIs, tenancy, dashboards - same patterns as the products on /work
- Android: Kotlin and Java structure, notifications, local data - same patterns as LMS Reminder
- A keep / kill / build-next plan your team can run without me
How we work
01
Send what you have
Repo, architecture notes, or a recorded walkthrough. I need the real system, not a pitch deck.
02
Review
I read it against systems I have already shipped. Written notes: what survives production, what will not.
03
Decide
You leave with a sequence. If you want the next milestone built, that is a separate service - same engineer.
