Native Android apps in Kotlin and Java

Teams that need a native Android app

I build Android apps that do one job well - reminders, dashboards, notifications - not a website stuffed into a WebView. Kotlin-first, Java when that is the codebase.

KotlinJavaAndroid

Based on an app I already shipped

LMS Reminder is a native Kotlin Android app for Virtual University students: it surfaces pending VULMS quizzes, assignments and GDBs, and reminds them before deadlines slip. Notifications, a stats dashboard, MPAndroidChart - real device work, not a wrap of a website.

If you already have an Android codebase, consulting can review the architecture first. If you need it built, this is the service.

What you get

  • Kotlin-first Android; Java when the existing code is Java
  • Local notifications, scheduling, and background work that actually fires
  • Simple dashboards and stats on-device
  • A structure your team can keep - not a tutorial project

How we work

  1. 01

    Scope

We freeze the one job (reminders, tracking, ops). No kitchen-sink Play Store clone.

  2. 02

    Build

Native screens, notifications, local data. You install a debug build in the first milestone.

  3. 03

    Hand off

Source, a release path, and notes so the next feature fits the last one.
